Anyone else had this?

Went for my 6 week ultrasound today.
The sonography lady said there's a "pregnancy of unknown location" couldn't see anything. But a sac/fluid. Is this normal at 6 weeks? Has anyone had this and everything be ok? Second time I've lost if this pregnancy doesn't proceed 😭

I had a 6 week ultrasound (due to several previous losses). Yolk sac visible but no fetal pole/hb). Went back at 8 weeks and there was a viable pregnancy. Now 34 weeks. Hope it all works out for you
