First period after medical miscarriage.

This is my first period after my medical miscarriage in May 2021 and it's so different it's heavy but no cramps, no sore boobs nothing apart from heavy bleeding. Before my miscarriage I suffered from the worst symptoms while on my period sore breasts, cramps, acne but literally nothing now? I was wondering if anyone else's symptoms when they get there
period now are totally different after a miscarriage?

Hi i have just experienced my first period after my miscarriage and mine was heavier but only lasted just over a day with no other symptoms either!! It was heavier than normally and then just all of a sudden stopped. normally I have cramping and sore boobs but nothing this time. Very weird
