Need some advice please.
I would have been 6 weeks pregnant tommrow 29/7 & on Monday night 26/7 I started with stomach pains, around 4am yesterday morning 27/7 I went to A&E as they were still there nearly 10 hours later. Had a scan yesterday, internal also and they said they couldn’t find the pregnancy but looked like a cyst on my left ovary and an eptopic pregnancy on the left tube. So I needed keyhole surgery to have the tube, eptopic and cyst removed as soon as possible. When I came round enough last night I spoke to a doctor who said the cyst was removed but they couldn’t find the eptopic pregnancy and the fallopian tube wasnt damaged so they didn’t have to remove it. This morning they took my bloods and said my hcg levels have dropped by half since yesterday. Does this definitely mean i am miscarrying? I think I’m in a bit of shock and denial tbh?
