Hi everyone,

I am currently going through my 5th miscarriage. I have a referral to Professor Quenby but it is not until November. My age is a potential issue and therefore I do not want to wait that long but she doesn't do private.

I wondered whether anyone has any other recommendations who to see (ideally not London due to distance but please share anyway). I asked Tommies if they had any suggestions and they are surprisingly very unhelpful :(

Hi OP, sorry for your losses. I am with Quenby currently and have just finished the CERM trial. I know how you feel about wanting to be seen quickly but I can assure you that once you're in with her, they are really on the ball. Test results fly back and they are so incredibly supportive. We can't rate them highly enough.

If you do choose to go private then Dr Shehata in Epsom is the absolute leader in the field and does a lot of testing around antibodies, NK cells, thyroid etc.
