Period after surgical a management

Getting impatient waiting for my cycle to return! How long after surgery did it take for your period to come back?

It will be five weeks on Tuesday that I had surgery.

It took 8 weeks for me, I've never been more thankful for a period to arrive.

I had surgical management in early June and just got my period on Friday. So would have been about 5 and half weeks after surgery. It's been a really light period though which is weird because I was told it would be heavy 🤷🏻‍♀️
