decidual cast or miscarriage

I dont even know if this is possible to pass a decidual cast in early pregnancy and if it is does it mean miscarriage?

Think I had miscarriage last night as passed something (meant to be 6 weeks). I haven’t been for scan yet.

Is it possible it could have just been a decidual cast and not a miscarriage if this is possible? Only ask as think I’m having a miscarriage but not had a lot of blood, pain and no other clots. Bleeding as even gone down to spotting now and was never as bad as a period- about as same blood as half a period of that makes sense.
Don’t know if you can see my other posts from this but I’m 95% certain I’ve miscarried but just want to know the other 5% that might be me wishful thinking isn’t true.
I saw my baby on ultrasound last week with a healthy beating heart. Also picked up I was ovulating at the same time. And found I had a UTI from bloods.

Was meant to add that what I did pass was a very hard ball type thing that looked like there might of been a cord to it. Was about the same size as a strawberry. (Sorry if you find gross)

I think I had a miscarriage yesterday but ive been reading posts and it could possibly be decidual cast ?? I had a miscarriage 10 july this year. I knew i was pregnant then. This time felt exact same in my body, the pains. I thought it was my period, i used a tampon. When I changed the first one this fell out. The pain went away and the bleeding stoped apart from the tiniest pink spotting. I was supposed to have my period 2 weeks ago but i took the pill from two weeks after my last period so as not to get it before a fitness test . So there is 6 weeks since I had my last one. Anyone have the same happed to them ? Xx cant find how to attach pic on here ?
