Hi, I suppose I am just looking for someone who has been through something similar. Sorry for a long rant!
I lost my daughter 5weeks and 3 days ago at 13 weeks pregnant. It was a very traumatic time and even tho I have other kids I have struggled to move on. As if that wasn't a hard enough experience I have continued to bleed heavily ever since.
At 3 weeks post mc I still had a positive pregnancy test so had to have hcg levels checked. Apparently this was falling in line with having been further on for mc, therefore wasn't cause for concern.
Now being over 5 weeks later my pregnancy test is negative but my bleeding has increased. I went to hospital and scan shows some retained tissue. I've been give antibiotics and an appointment for further scan and assessment on Thursday. I'm just so scared that I need to go in for surgical treatment. I want this nightmare to end. Has anyone else been through similar and would like to share their stories? Negative or positive I just my need to know other people have been here and got out the other side!
