I just had the strangest period ever. It came about the right time maybe 2 days later than usual but it made me wonder if it was an actual period or early miscarriage. I usually don't feel my period coming until shortly before like couple of hours.
This time it started off with 4 days of strong lower back and abdominal pain but no bleeding at all. After 4 days of this pain I started to spot, but very lightly just a few dark brown spots for 2 days. On the 3rd day of this almost non existing spotting I went to the bathroom and got this huge clot falling out of me. I never seen anything like this before. It was mixed tissue with dark blood clots and something tiny that in my opinion looked like tiny foetus with defined spine and cells but not sure if at 4 weeks it would even be visible. I have a photo just don't know how to post it.
It scared the hell out of me as I was suspicious throughout the whole month I could be possibly pregnant. If I was it would be only and exactly 4 weeks (28 days).
I was waiting to take the pregnancy test after missing my period which was going to be after this weekend. I took the test right after this clot coming out and it was negative. Maybe if I was it was too early to test anyway.
I know you're no experts but maybe someone might experience something similar or know more than I do. I'm feeling so down now I feel like I need to understand what happened.
