Misoprostol not dissolving

Hi ladies.

I had a miscarriage and I'm 6 weeks.
I started to bleed steadily, I was prescribed 4 misoprostol tablets to insert vaginally.
Yesterday evening I inserted them as high as I could. At around 10 hours later, following morning, when I wiped they slipped out intact all 4!
They are still pretty firm. Wondering why they didn't dissolve. I'm tempted to put them back in. I can't get through to the nurse.
Any ladies have similar experience?

Sorry I can’t really help but just thought I would share my experience.

I had medical management in the hospital so the nurse inserted them for me. Three hours later and absolutely nothing had happened then they came and gave me two oral tablets, within half an hour it was all in full swing.

When I miscarriage the tablets all came out too, completely whole and un dissolved, so I don’t think they worked at all.

I would just leave them (i would say they are an infection risk now?) and wait to speak to your nurse.
