Any hope?

According to my period I'm supposed to be 10 weeks today. Last Tuesday I began spotting, I saw some fresh blood on Friday. On Saturday my bleeding did not settle. Continue to bleeding lightly with red blood and stringy bits, also had stomach cramps. I woke up today and feel like my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared ( thought I didn't really have much to start with). I am waiting for a full bleed, I will go to early pregnancy unit next week. I know its unlikely, is there any hope that I might not miscarry?

I'm sure someone who can help more will be along soon, but i didn't want to read and run.

My advice would be to be to go to your early pregnancy unit now. I don't know if they can do anything to help but I do know that not going might make things worse.

I'm going through this now and sadly it wasn't good news for me.
Get a referral to EPAU (or self refer if yours allows this) they will scan you and in my experience are fantastic.

I'm afraid there's just no way to know without a scan. I've had "a bit heavier than light" bleeding at 8-10 weeks and all has been fine. I've also had progressively heavier bleeding which ended in a miscarriage.

It's completely up to you whether you wait until next week or whether you push to be seen sooner. I hope you're OK x

I went to urgent care. Not good news . At least I have an answer now.
