Perhaps a silly question...and perhaps I should know...
I found out that I was pregnant on 30/05. On 05/05 I should have been 5+2 and I had my first scan and there was nothing...no sac, no fetal pole...
I was referred to the gynaecology department at our local hospital and they've confirmed that it's ectopic again. (This is my fourth ectopic pregnancy...I should start to collect stamps and perhaps get a free coffee at the next one.) My hormone levels had dropped dramatically in the first 24h, so the consultant decided to just see whether it would resolve itself. They had dropped from 912 to 420 over night.
Now, the last ectopic pregnancy where we just waited took quite a while to resolve. I initially had some light spotting and then had something like a period a week or so later. That was a few years ago now.
This time, I haven't got any bleeding, yet. I don't really have any pain. Had it not been for the early scan at my doctor, I'd still sit here and not know that there's anything wrong. Does anyone know at what point the bleeding would usually start? I'm having bloods drawn again on Monday to see whether the levels have continued to drop as quickly.
