Hi there. I was wondering if there is anyone on here that lives in NI?
My story- 4yo DD 1st pregnancy no issues
2nd pregnancy TFMR due to T21 and severe heart defects
3rd- MMC at 10 weeks, stopped growing at 8 weeks. D&C. Results showed girl with normal chromosomes
4th- started brown spotting at 5 weeks, scans showed empty sac, just fetal pole. This went on for weeks resulting in d&c at 9 weeks. Analysis showed a boy with normal chromosomes.
I was seen by my local recurrent Mc clinic and had the usual bloods and hysteroscopy with normal results.
At this point my husband walked out so there was a break of 18 months TTC. Thank god I met my now fiancé and we got pregnant by accident in Dec but spontaneous mc at 6 weeks. I was taking progesterone suppositories.
6th pregnancy I have just lost at 5w5d, bleeding started yesterday. I was taking aspirin, progesterone and clexane injections.
I am at a loss where to go and what to do. From my own research I suspect immune reasons especially high NK cells but this is not tested for by my hospital.
I am seeing Dr Hunter privately in Belfast next week. Has anyone any experience/success with him?
Any advice I would be so grateful!

I haven’t really got any advice on this but I wanted to say sorry for your loss. It’s hard going through this. X

@Missm82 thank you. It’s been tough. I’ve just had a consult with the consultant and he was amazing and so helpful that I feel hopeful for the future. Xx

Did you go to see Dr Hunter in the end? If so, how was he?
