Negative OPKs after miscarriage

I've been using OPK strips to try and track when I'll ovulate again after my miscarriage. I was really early when I had my MC (hcg only got to 125 and then it decreased to zero, so I'm definitely not pregnant and everything is out my system.) But I'm testing negative on OPKs

How long did it take before you ovulated after miscarriage. I just wanted to know so I know when AF will be as I don't want to get caught out.

I haven't really had a proper period since January as I fell pregnant twice right after each other without having a period in between (both MC). Any advice would be great xo

Took me 8.5 weeks to hit peak ovulation again after my MC. Had high fertility for 11 days prior too. Xxx

No advice but I feel your pain. My miscarriage was only 3 weeks ago and I know I definitely haven't ovulated yet. HPTs are negative and although I've had darker lines on OPKs I've not had a peak or a temp rise. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on in there or when things will go back to normal!

Thank you everyone for your replies! I'll keep testing a few more days and see if I get anything. I'm just slightly nervous as I usually have a faint line by this point and I didn't think my cycles would have been too affected as my MCs were really early on and hcg never got above 125.

Fingers crossed I get even a faint line in the next day or two 🤞🏼

I had a MC in January, and had never used OPKs before until this month and am finding it really, really hard - mentally really.

The tests are so confusing (first day I tested was Low, next was Peak, next was Low, today Peak again - so tested same sample again and Low! I mean... I don't know what's going on!!) and because my last cycle was very long for me (40 days) I actually had the gut punch of thinking I was late only to do a test and then get my period.

Because of the long cycle I am trying to figure out when I'm ovulating using the OPKs and it's just all kind of fraught and horrible, isn't it? No real advice except to say - I'm sorry and all the well wishes your way
