I started medical management of my missed miscarriage of 9.5 weeks yesterday.

I took the mifepristone in the hospital at 12 yesterday, other than some mild cramps (which I had been experiencing anyway) I've not experienced any side effects. Is this normal?

Due to take misoprostol around midday.

With my recent Mmc at 7.5 weeks I took the medication at 7am on sat and had very mild cramps and bleeding for the rest of that day (with some biggish clots around 5pm) I didn’t pass the pregnancy until about 4pm the following day (Sunday) So it did take a while. However I never had any real pain other than period type cramps.

Everyone is very different. I hope it was ok for you xx
