Pregnant 3 weeks after miscarriage??

Hi,
I'm new to this so forgive me if I sound silly. But I would love some advice or shared similar stories.

I had a mmc on 19/02/21 And a d&c 02/03/21 and as soon as I stopped bleeding I started ttc again after getting a negative test. I the started spotting hardly anything for 2 days 23rd/24th of March and then started experiencing pregnancy symptoms again.
And reluctantly took a test which came back faintly positive.

Is this possible??? Any help would be great!

I’m in a similar position, just actually posted about it. Miscarried early and 3 weeks later took a test which says 2-3 weeks. Hope it works out for you
