Pregnancy Tests after MVA

I had a MVA on 18th February following a blighted ovum which should have been around 10 weeks.

The bleeding has now stopped but I'm still getting strong BFP on pregnancy tests 🤷🏻‍♀️

How long do you still get positive tests for after MVAs?!x

Hi I didn't have a MVA but a D&C at 8 weeks with triplets and was still getting positive pregnancy tests 6 weeks later xx

The hospital did say to test in 3 weeks and if it's negative then all good but to call them if it's still positive.

I'm basically 12 days past so still early but I thought it would have been getting fainter by now especially as it was a blighted ovum?!xx

I suppose it depends on the sensitivities of the test as well?

Are you testing so you can try again or in case you have ovulated??

After ERPC it took 6 weeks for them to get any fainter and 9 weeks to turn negative. I got scanned at 8 weeks to check nothing left over. But no, my body just clung onto the hcg.
