I seem to be experiencing my second miscarriage today at exactly 12 weeks.
I had cramps beginning last night with a little brown blood when I wiped. Then there was blood in my urine but no clots, this seemed to be reducing during the night and this morning when I've had a bowl movement there was a lot more blood. I have no hope given the on and off cramps and blood I saw last time.
I'm devastated. I have my 12 week scan on Tuesday and ots the earliest I can seen to basically find out its a MC. I finally thought I was almost safe and I just feel really distraught.
