Wondering when to expect my period after erpc?

Hi, had ERPC Feb 3rd. Exactly 3 weeks later I went in for a quantitative hCG test and it was 4 after being 23 at 2 weeks post op. The nurse told me expect my period 2-6 weeks from now, now that technically my hCG is less than 5, they consider that negative. I'm confused though as I was told previously to expect it 2-6w post op. So is it 2-6w post op or 2-6w from when hCG is negative?

You can ovulate and get your period with low levels of HCG so I'd just be on period watch!

I took 9 weeks to get a period after ERPC but my hcg stayed much higher than that for much longer so I would estimate soon for you!

I thought I would share my experience. I had an ERPC on the 29th January, HCG was around 7500 at this time.

I had bloods every 2 days to monitor the levels dropping, on 9th Feb my HCG was 29 so they told me to take a HPT on the 16th and make sure it was negative, I took 2 to be sure and got a negative test on the 16th Feb.

Today, 4 weeks to the date after my ERPC, my periods shown up. Almost like clockwork as my cycles were that regular before my miscarriage.

I hope this helps, I was told to expect it 4-6 weeks after my op, but that it could take longer for some women. X

I got my period 41 days after my erpc.

I had ERCP 7th Dec had a pathetically light period 22nd January then a really heavy one 19th Feb.
