Trying again after early mc

I have to go back to have another hcg blood test next week but if its lower than 15 (which is what they're saying they want it to be to discharge me) then can I ttc again? I have very irregular periods/fertility issues but fell pregnant naturally this time. I know the normal advice is to wait for first period but I told them this isn't really an option as it could be months so they said to wait till 3 weeks after the bleeding has stopped and then do a pregnancy test and if negative then I can ttc. Surely if my hcg levels are lower than 15 thats as good as getting a negative pregnancy test isn't it? I will ask again at my next appointment but just wondered what you all thought. Also if I get a negative test a week after the bleeding stops, for example, is there anything stopping me?

Heyy, i had a miscarriage first week of jan, ges sac seen but empty. They said nornally wait for first cicle but after a few drinks at home that wrnt out the window and now im around 4/5 weeks pregnant. Spoke to my doc and said i didnt have a period inbetween and she said 'dont worry it happens a lot' they can date the pregnancy feom thw size of the sac, be a rough guess but its fine as long as its health. Im currently in the sofa tired and feeling sick. Been like this for 2 weeks. With my miscarriage i had barely any symptoms xx
