Is this a miscarriage? :(

I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby and yesterday I was getting red blood as I wiped and last night had awful period like cramps.

When I rang 111 they just did a checklist and gave me a number for the early baby unit but when I rang it no one picked up.

I'm in a horrible weekend limbo and I just don't know what's happening

Oh his worrying. Not necessarily. Some people do bleed in early pregnancy and it turns out to be fine. How heavy is the bleed? I had bleeding in early pregnancy and the EPAU said to put a pad on to monitor blood loss. More than a pad full in a hour is a concern and to go to hospital.

Well if I didn't know any better I'd say I'd started my period.

It's not super heavy but there is definitely blood there.

I have a scan tomorrow but honestly, I'm filling period pads. Is this classed as heavy bleeding or normal bleeding?

Been trying for so long I pray it's not a miscarriage 😓

@Natmoz i would say so. Same happened with me last month, lots of blood and definately a miscarriage. If you have lost all your pregnancy symptoms as well as the bleeding it probably is x
