I had a MMC about three weeks ago. I've been bleeding lightly (much less than a period) for about a week, had some slight pain last night and then today, sudden extreme pain which had me on the floor unable to move. I was on the toilet when (sorry for the TMI) I felt something solid come out of me, along with a lot of blood. The pain was gone almost instantly.

Was that it? Have I miscarried now? I have a scan at the hospital on Monday (they wouldn't give me the meds to start the miscarriage before because the sac had grown over the last week) - should I still go?

I'm so sorry this is happening to you. In my experience it does sound like you have miscarried but I'd still go to your appointment to get checked out.
