Hi about a few days ago I slept with my bestfriend and I didn’t think it was anything but i had massive craps worse then regular and then earlier I found this on my underwear and Im not if its a miscarriage or just a blood clot but im seriously scared

If you only had sex a few days ago you cannot have conceived then miscarried in that time. If you are experiencing unusual bleeding or clots you should talk to your GP.
