Was my miscarriage diagnosis wrong?

Should my tests still be this day after 20 days after a miscarriage at 6 weeks? Found out at 7.5 weeks? Heart beat was found at 6 weeks but not at 7.5

I think I'd be contacting my early pregnancy unit for advice. With my 2 miscarriages I was negative after 2 weeks. Could it possibly be retained cells? Or possible that you're pregnant again? Also it can just takesome people longer to get a negative....

I’ve had no bleeding and they won’t do any bloods to see if the hcg was coming down? I feel totally forgotten

Contact EPU and tell them it still hasn’t started. They may advise you to take medical or surgical route as it hasn’t progressed naturally. If you want to take one of those routes, then push for it.

As you haven’t started miscarrying then you need to be seen either way. Call the EPU and get them to rescan you Flowers

I’ve called them, they said they would call me back :( really starting to get fed up of it all.. could the last scan be wrong or am I wishfully thinking x

You shouldn't have to push this hard to be seen, but as it is it seems you will have to. Explain clearly that you haven't bled, and are still getting strong positives on pregnancy tests, and as such you need to be booked in for a scan to see what's going on.

Sounds like a missed miscarriage, you def need to go back if things haven’t happened by themselves.

Its very unlikely but possible that a scan could be wrong. More likely is that this is a missed misscarriage (baby died but your body still hasnt got the memo) and youll need medical or surgical intervention.

What you need the EPU to do - scan you, then if the baby has definitely not lived you need medical or surgical intervention.

Im sorry you are in this position and that they are being so crap

Yeh no good, gestational sac has collapsed and measuring much much smaller, might be able to send products for testing as this is the 8th time, :(

@Nursey2021 sorry to hear. This also happened to me and I was ignored in the end I had not passed everything and it because infected which ended up In surgical management. Keep calling them.
