Am I having a miscarriage?! Please help

This is my second pregnancy but completely different than the first. I took a test last Monday after spotting for a day came back positive. Wednesday night had bad cramps almost labor like and went to pee and there was blood. I have bled like a period everyday since but no blood today (following Monday) last night I passed a blood clot. I have first scan/ blood work on Friday.

Is there a way to post pictures?

Hi @DaisyP123, sorry that you’re going through this, didn’t want to read and run.
You won’t know for certain until Friday, or if your test goes back to negative, which can take some time.
You could ask to be seen earlier.
I hope that it isn’t what you think it is xx
