Passing the sac?

Just after some experiences
This is my third miscarriage, one was a chemical but in my other miscarriage I passed the sac after about a week of bleeding and then the bleeding began to settle. It was very obvious that I'd passed a sac, can't miss it!
This time I was bleeding for a week, scan on Tuesday showed the sac was very low almost at my cervix. I've not passed it yet, I feel like I'd have noticed if I had but I did a pregnancy test and it's almost negative just a tiny faint line. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Wondering whether the sac could've maybe broken down and has come out in smaller parts if that makes sense?

I havent been in this situation bu do know that both fetus and sac can be broken down and pass in blood and generic clots rather than as whole as they were. Hope that helps. Will you be offered any follow up scan? Tests getting faint sounds like things are progressing well
