TTC after D&C

I had a D&C three days ago due to miscarriage at 12 weeks from complications with Turner Syndrome. My husband and I are already so ready to start trying again. I have heard mixed reviews about waiting for the first cycle/waiting three months/etc...
Has anyone gotten pregnant or TTC after a D&C/miscarriage? How did it go? All input is welcomed! :)

oh and also curious if you waited or started trying once you got the okay from your doctor.

Sorry for your loss. I would wait until you stop bleeding to reduce the risk of infection. I had a miscarriage over the weekend and the Drs said there's no reason to wait if we want to try again when we're ready.
