Hoping you can all put my mind at ease! I had a MMC (failed) followed by a D and C about 3 weeks ago now. My bleeding stopped around a week ago and I felt physically OK so decided to start exercising again. But each time I do a workout I have a very small amount of blood when I wipe (sorry I know it's TMI!) it's not bright red so just wondered is this normal and have others experienced this?
