I have just had my 4th miscarriage, 3rd in a row. I am being referred to recurrent miscarriage clinic. What is everyone experience with wait times? Also what is the process?

Two years ago wait time was 4-5months and I fell pregnant with successful pregnancy in meantime. Still had to attend as it was same dept as fetal medicine and our third one was at 16weeks. But least I got more checks to make sure this baby was healthy and happy.
Wishing you every success with getting your sticky bean

I went for recurrent testing a couple of years ago so wait times will have changed but I can tell you what they did for me - which wasn't a lot and I wasn't too impressed with it all!
I initially saw consultant who asked me some questions and told me the process. I never saw them again.
I was sent for a scan to check my uterus, cervix and ovaries. They thought they saw a problem with the shape of my uterus so I was sent for a hysteroscopy to check, but they confirmed no issues there.
I then had a blood test. All came back fine except one thing which was borderline so they asked to repeat it 3 months later. The repeat was fine so I received a letter saying you don't have any issues so off you go and carry on trying.
I will add that my 3rd miscarriage was surgical so they had sent foetus off for testing to confirm no chromosome issues. If they hadn't been able to do this they would have done a further test on me & my husband, but luckily that one wasn't needed.
I don't know what I expected really but overall it took 9 months, during which time I was told not to get pregnant and at the end I was told to just carry on trying. Very frustrating!

I believe baby aspirin is just a very low dose of normal aspirin x
