Period after miscarriage

I'm looking for any advice please, I had a miscarriage almost 3 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding after 5days and I done a pregnancy test on the 3rd jan and it came back negative. Since then I've been doing ovulation test (all come back positive) today I started to bleed. I have some cramping and it's bright red blood. I've read it's to early to have my period yet and before I contact a doctor I wanted to see if anyone else had this happen.

I got my period on December 24th after miscarrying from December 1st-6th and bleeding for about another week after that, I don't think it's too early for af tbh.

Years ago I had a miscarriage, followed by a D and C. The following week I lost a 3cm clot and had red blood. It can be a process rather than an event.

Poor you though, it isn't nice. If it helps any, I had 3 children afterwards.
