Menstrual cycle all over the place

I had a miscarriage in April and since then my menstrual cycles have been all over the place. We do want another baby so I got to try and regulate it at least so I know when I ovulate etc. Right now there are no appointments at my GP due to COVID so I thought I ask on here if anyone knows any herbal or other natural remedies to regulate menstrual cycles? TIA

@Whatdidyoucallme I would repost this on the conception board - lots of knowledge there. I've read some posters talking about Agnus castus to regulate for example!

@TheDaydreamBelievers thank you so much I just did post it to conception.

@Whatdidyoucallme - I miscarried in March and by August, my cycles were still all over the place. I did 2 months on Agnus Castus and it completely sorted everything out. I even had regular ovulation every month thereafter.

@CamillaEsther thank you so much. And sorry you had to go though it. Is there a particular brand you would recommend? Which one did you use? I looked at Amazon and there are so many.

@Whatdidyoucallme - it's an awful thing to go through and it's even more painful to have the constant reminder many months later. I ordered these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00STMP68M/ref=ppxyoodtbbasintitleeo07s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I did experience headaches on and off for the first few weeks but it was worth the discomfort to get my cycles back on track.

@CamillaEsther thanks so much and all the best to you Smile

@CamillaEsther quick question. It says do not take if you are trying to get pregnant. How exactly did you take these?

Yes, I ignored that (i'm not suggesting that's the right thing to do) but I figured that if I wasn't ovulating due to irregular cycles then I would never stand a chance of getting pregnant. Some people only take it until they ovulate on that particular month but personally, I took it solid for 2 months without a break. I didn't get pregnant but it did regulate my cycle which was the desired outcome.

@CamillaEsther ah okay makes sense. I do
Ovulate so I will probably take it until ovulation. Thanks for your help
