Successful pregnancy with Heparin and Progesterone

After 3 miscarriages I’ve recently tested positive for mild aps, waiting for a second blood test to confirm diagnosis. My consultation has prescribed aspirin, progesterone and heparin. Has anyone gone on to have a successful pregnancy with this treatment?
Thanks

Not exactly the same but I had blood clots in my pregnancy (due to hyperemesis making it hard for me to drink and eat) and then had heparin for it to break them up. I didn’t have progesterone and aspirin but that would make sense if they are trying prevent clots. And they said they would do that with me if I was trying to get pregnant again. My baby was very healthy and my clots were treated and went shortly after pregnancy. I had incredibly good care. I do know the sadness of miscarriages as well but sometimes things work out well and it is good to hear your doctors have a plan.
