Not sure what's happening

So last night I had light pink blood around 10PM. From then to about early morning, I had really bad cramping and severe bad pain where I couldn't sleep. Around 4AM, I had dark red blood run down my leg and went I ran to the bathroom, the toilet was red and when I wiped, I would have these super dark thick clots the size of a loonie.
All today, I've been changing 7 full tampons. My back comes comes and goes that's mild to very uncomfortable and my cramping hurts so badly that Tylonol isn't helping. My next period isn't supposed to be for another 11 days, either.
Can someone give me some feedback as to what might be going on

If you're bleeding heavily and through sanitary wear and painkillers aren't helping, I think you need to be checked out. Any unusual bleeding it's better to be seen. I'd stop using tampons until you know what's going on, particularly if you're worried it might be a miscarriage as you should only use pads. Best wishes.
