Possible miscarriage??

I have no idea what it is?? My periods are quite irregular but I’ve had such bad cramping today and really heavy bleeding and something came out it was hard to touch and idk what it could be other then a miscarriage maybe?

It may be a v early miscarriage, but could also be just a build up of womb lining or desidual cast!. Had you been having unprotected sex?

Like 4/5 weeks ago I did but I’ve been on the pill since I had my second baby in October

Have you done a pregnancy test just incase?

Just saw you only gave birth 2 months ago, much more likely to be some tissue leftover from that pregnancy I would've thought
