I had a missed miscarriage with twins, after lots of waiting and nothing happening naturally I had medical management 7 days ago, I should of been 11 weeks but the babies stopped growing at 6 weeks. I was in hospital for the medical management and they said both sacs passed. 3 days later I had lots of pain and really heavy bleeding, I went back to hospital and they removed pregnancy tissue that was stuck.
So now today, 7 days from taking the tablet I am still bleeding, it is very strange (sorry this is going to be tmi) but im hardly getting any blood on pads at all, but when I wipe there is alot of bright red blood everytime and its almost as if I can feel it sitting there but not going on to a pad. I know that's tmi so apologies. Has anyone experience the same, is this normal.
It has been 3 weeks now since the miscarriage was discovered and im exhausted and just want the physical side to be over!

It's definitely normal to bleed for longer than 7 days after medical management.

I bled for 14 days and I had the same where there was barely anything on the pad but when I wiped there was loads so don't worry.

The bleeding tapered off for me after day 10/11 and stopped after 2 weeks.

Hi @Bluejay123
I had the same as you, I was expecting gushings of blood but nothing ever really reached the pad, even though there was a lot when I wiped. I put it down to going to the loo more because I kept wanting to know what was going on down there! The one day I went out for a bit of a long walk there was more on there. I had took the tablets at 8 weeks, and didn't start bleeding until the day after my second dose. I bled for about 6 days total. Sending hugs

Hi, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm going through similar at the moment having miscarried at 7 weeks. I had medical management a week ago and had a couple of heavier days but very much the same as yours now. It is normal, I hope it settles soon for you. Flowers
