I miscarried on 26 October. My periods have always been 28 days like clockwork. I know the first period can be 4-6 weeks but four weeks exactly later I started to get familiar light cramps which I would usually get before a period. For 2-3 days I have just had brown discharge on and off, only enough to fill a liner over a day. It completely stopped last night and only got some discharge in a liner once I was out walking around shops this afternoon. I also haven’t had any pain for two days. Has anyone had this for their first period following a miscarriage, there has been absolutely no fresh blood at all.
