Hi guys please offer advise if you can I'm going out my mind.

So basically I went for my first scan private which was 18days ago and I was dated at 5 weeks with a yolk sac present...

I then waited another 2 weeks and went back to be told I was around 6weeks plus 4 however no heartbeat and was told to go to the NHS

We went today and I had a transvaginal and measured 6 weeks without HB however sac, yolk and fetal pole present and was told to return within a week for a follow up scan .

I had my BFP 6 weeks ago.

Am I misscarriaging what is going on :(
Thankyou xx

I presume the private scans were abdominal which are notoriously inaccurate at the early stages. I would stick with the findings of the transvaginal one. In the absence of heavy bleeding and cramps then there's still every chance that you'll go back and see a lovely foetus with a heartbeat. Hold on, and stay strong xx

@Tempusfudgeit yes I assumed I was 8 weeks at the private but there was a yolk sac present which I heard can only be seen at 5 weeks transabdominal which has caused me confusion at today's nhs scan dating 6 weeks but all was there minus HB
I don't have any bleeding or cramps presentally and no bleeding. X

It’s very early days. Try not to worry too much, as that won’t help matters. Just go for follow up prepared as much as you can be, for either outcome. Good luck! 😍

Ps. My midwife refused to check for heartbeat at my 10 week appointment because it was still early days. So it really, really is early days. Hang in there!
