Technically it could be as you're using different tests so different levels of hCG could be picked up.
I'm so sorry for your loss. It's absolutely heartbreaking and I was left with RPOC after my MMC with my first. I was luckily having my bloods monitored but I told them something wasn't right and I had a scan, was told all was okay and there was nothing. I pushed and pushed (felt like I was going crazy) and was scanned again by someone else, to find there was something remaining and I needed a second operation.
It may take a week for you to keep testing to see if it gets more or less prominent. Although if you're on good terms with the EPU I wonder if you could ring them with your concerns and get a hCG blood test? Worth a try.

Hi yea I thought so, although this morning test i can see clearly without actually looking for the line the picture doesn't do any justice,

I've been scanned 4 times because my hcg was slow to drop last time I had my bloods done 3 weeks ago it was at 58 im booked in for more bloods on Wednesday so maybe will see then still no period either so im just so confused

Oh that does sound a little more hopeful. But I'm definitely one to err on the side of caution. My first positive after my hCG returned to zero ended up being false and I was devastated. Then an early miscarriage.
I'm glad you were having your tests and getting down to the 50 mark sounds positive! Even once my hCG dropped to below 10 after my second op, my period took ages to come. I understand the frustration you're facing and I have everything crossed that this may already be your light at the end of the tunnel.
