Trying again after medical miscarriage

Is there any reason medically, to not try again ASAP after taking misoprostol for a miscarriage? I can't seem to find anything on google. The doctors only mentioned it would be easier to date a pregnancy if I were to wait for a period.
Pls help 🥰

From what I've read the only reason to wait is for dating the pregnancy.

Good luck!

They told me wait for bleeding to stop because of infection. And yes dating of pregnancy x

There have been a couple of women on previous threads who've had nasty infections when getting pregnant the cycle after mmc. I suspect your first period fully sheds the lining of your uterus in a way the procedure does not.

After a recent mmc, I had faint positive pregnancy tests right up until the first day of my period, so there was definitely still something left over.

No risk to the pregnancy at all, just issues with dating the pregnancy
