I am not an expert but this doesn’t look like a period? I had a silent miscarriage and then had a full miscarriage the day of the secondary scan and although most of it went down the toilet it wasn’t just blood, there were clots too. I had a positive pregnancy test a few for at least a week after so if you took a test then you may find out. Hope you’re okay x

This looks very much like a decidual cast!

I actually didn't know what that was I researched it and that doesn't match up with me at all x

That does not look like a cast to me at all.

It does look like a miscarriage. The shape and consistency.

You will still have hormones in your system if it is a miscarriage - a pregnancy test will show positive and give you a definitive answer.

Sorry you're going through this!

Something similar came out of me during my miscarriage but I also know people that bled like this and everything was fine. Book an appointment at the EPU and they'll get you in. I hope everything goes well for you, the worrying takes over and makes you think the worst but keep positive X
