TRIGGER WARNING PICTURES. Am I miscarrying again

Had a missed miscarriage last year so especially paranoid.

I've had this brown blood type stuff (pictured) a couple of times since Thursday..with the mucas stuff.. had one tiny brown clot.

Went to the hospital and I have a scan Monday. On Friday night I had the red coloured blood (pictured) and have only had brown discharge since and stringy stuff. I have quite bad back ache on my very lower back and period style cramps.

I'm sorry for the graphic pictures. I apologise for this post :(
What I'm asking is has this happened to anyone else? Xxxx

So sorry you're going through such a worrying time. It might just be fluctuating hormones. Hope the scan goes well tomorrow. Sending hugs and support. X

I hope you are doing OK.
I found that having a balance of being mentally prepared for the worst, but not letting go of hope altogether, was best for me.

I’ve had similar bleeding in previous pregnancies and they’ve all ended differently. I’m so sorry you’re going through such a worrying time. All the best for your scan today.

Isadora2007 · 12/10/2020 12:30

To be honest I would be preparing for worst but hoping for the best. I don’t think anyone can know for sure as some people have sadly had losses with very little blood or symptoms and others have had huge bleeds with a continuing pregnancy. All the very best for your scan. Thinking of you and hoping for good news Flowers

@Catcoffeecake thank you I appreciate it xxxx

@Amber0685 it is! Thank you. What's more confusing is everything inside is in tact, corpus luteum is solid, womb lining is thick and the sonographer said there is no physically signs of miscarriage, but the midwife said my hCG levels have dropped drastically so it's a miscarriage xxxx
