help! Bloating!

I was 9+3 when I was told baby has stopped growing at 5+2. A day later I had a natural miscarriage (tissue and blood clots). That was a week ago. My question is when will my horrible bloat go down. It doesn't look like much bit usually I'm as flat as a pancake. I'm still having pregnancy symptoms and positive tests so HCG still lingering.

I had an MVA last week and since then have gained over HALF A STONE ! I’m honestly hoping it’s just hormones going crazy and it’ll go away again once everything’s settled down.
Having pregnancy symptoms through a miscarriage for me is the worst part of it. I’m also starting to get such painful boobs which I thinks the milk either trying to come out or leave again.

My boobs are producing . It's my first miscarriage and I'm all over the place. I keep convincing myself maybe I am pregnant but there's definitely no chance considering what came out of me. I do,however, have a scan in a few days to ensure everything has left. Just want to reset so I can try again! I'm sorry for your loss x
