HELP!? 4 miscarriages & mid-cycle brown spotting.

I’ve had 4 miscarriages and it’s now been 2 years since we had a bfp (pretty much been ttc the whole time with a few breaks here and there)

After my 4th loss, I started randomly getting mid-cycle brown spotting. I had a septum resection & polyps removed in march which seemed to stop it for a few months after.

But for the past 2 months, on cycle day 22 I have had brown spotting again and today I even have a dull tummy ache as if af is coming (a week earlier than it should be) (I have tested and negative, so it’s not implantation)

I’m just so fed up. Why is this happening?! No doctor has any clue, and I’ve seen so many. There MUST be a link between the spotting & not falling pregnant anymore? Surely?!

I did have a progesterone test this month on day 21 but no idea if that will give me any answers.

Any one out there have any clue what could be going on? I don’t know how much longer I can deal with all this :(

I don’t know what’s going on I’m afraid but wanted to wish you the best & I really hope there’s a doctor out there who can sort it out for you .
I’ve just had my first pregnancy with brown spotting which lead to a miscarriage but I’ve read stuff where women have spotted and full on bled throughout pregnancy and had healthy babies. Just all seems down to luck. Ergh.
