Hiya, I've recently experienced a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. I found out at 11 weeks that the baby's heart stopped beating at 9 weeks. I had an SMM 9 days ago which all went smoothly with minimal bleeding, today I started bleeding a fair amount and am trying to determine if it is post SMM bleeding or my first period after my loss, how long did people's first period come after an SMM? TIA xx
