Hi, I found out in July we had a MMC and opted for the MVA (medical management) on the 20th July. Alot of tissue was left and I ended up miscarrying and got my first negative pregnancy test on the 13th Aug. My period arrived 24 days after this (my cycle is normally 23-24 days) due to this I should have started ovulation on the 9th Sept but that big fat circle on the ovulation tests is telling me otherwise. I know its only a few days but I'm freaking out that its not happening, I'm desperate to try again and take advantage of this enhanced fertility window the nurses told me about so why again is my body letting me down.
Anyone been through or going through a missing/late ovulation or something similar?
