Advice needed - TW miscarriage

My SIL has sadly been struggling with infertility for many years. She finally got pregnant in January but sadly this ended in a MMC. I'm aware that she would be coming up to her due date soon and I'd like to send her a 'thinking of you' gift, maybe flowers?

I wondered if this would be appreciated or if it would rub salt in the wound? I don't want to appear insensitive or make her feel worse. I'd appreciate any advice on whether I should send something and what the best way to word a message would be. Thank you

Hi, we're moving this thread over to our Miscarriage/Pregnancy loss topic for the OP.

Hopefully some Mumsnetters will be along soon with some suggestions. Flowers
