Not sure if I'm about to have another miscarriage

Hi,
I posted on here earlier this week about my Immune/NK cell issue.
I have previously had 5 miscarriages over the past 5 years, 3 were natural which all ended in a D&C and 2 I miscarried naturally both IVF. All have been under 7 weeks with no heartbeat detected.

I hit 7 weeks pregnant on Thursday and had my first scan which showed a heartbeat on Wednesday. 2 embryos were transferred but only 1 visible heartbeat seen. Obviously we were over the moon as this is the first time I have ever seen a heartbeat but new we couldn't get to excited either.
This pregnancy is an IVF one and I'm on a mix of medication Clexane, Thyroxine, Cyclogest, Dexamethasone and Aspirin.

Then yesterday happened, woke up feeling fine just noticed a rash on my inner thighs which I emailed the clinic about. I took the dog out for a walk then all of a sudden I felt a gush of liquid between my legs, I honestly first thought I'd weed myself. My partner had to come and pick up me and getting home I passed a large clot with heavy bleeding.
Obviously devastated and preparing myself for the worst we went to the clinic where they scanned me and saw a heartbeat and both sacs still visible. They think the second sac might be trying to come out but the clot I'd passed looked so much like a sac mass its left me confused and in panic. I had no pain or cramping when this happened before or after.

I'm back in on Monday for another scan which I'm dreading! Has anybody ever experienced something similar? My previous miscarriages just started with spotting then heavy bleeding not this gush of liquid and blood. I've woken up today feeling under the weather and emotionally drained.

xx

I haven't had a miscarriage but feeling something in the pit of my stomach that it's going to happen as I've had brown discharge when whipping. I hope everything has gone okay for you.

Hi @SkyeBarn I just want to check to see how you are doing and hope you are ok? I've been told discharge can be common in early pregnancy but it still doesn't take the worrying away.
I actually had a Hematoma bleed, something I'd never even heard of before but was a scary experience but thankfully a scan still showed a strong heartbeat.
Take care xx
