Unknown pregnancy location.

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help?

Around 4 weeks ago I went into hospital with brown discharge and pains they took bloods and sent me for a scan, when they scanned me she told me I was 4 weeks pregnant and she could not see a sac. which would be impossible and I guessed I was around 7 weeks at the time. When my results came back they hadn’t dropped much So they told me I needed to go back for another blood test a week later, which I did and it came back the same a slight drop, so last week they scanned me again. Again she couldn’t see anything and she repeated the bloods again, they called and said the bloods weren’t going down and needed to go back today for another blood test. I’ve just been given my results and again they’re not dropping. I haven’t lost many clots or blood to be honest. But I’ve got to go back in 3 days for another scan and to see a specialist. She said they think it’s going to be a unknown pregnancy location. Please can someone explain to me what will happen now? I’m so fed up with it all now 😑😔

Just bumping for you but I have no idea. I had a MMC which meant either tablet or surgery to remove but I'm not sure if it will be the same. Sorry you're going through this

Hey not sure if my experience is helpful.
I had some brown spotting on the 19th and cramping pains. I was also suffering from constipation (severe lower back pain) but not aware at the time so went to EPU. Booked in for a scan 2 days later (6wk point).
Scan was PUL and my hcg was only 141.
we tried to remain hopeful that I was perhaps a week earlier than first thought and my levels would raise 48 hours later.
The following day I had some mild cramping again and v light spotting.

46 hours after scan just as I was getting ready to go back to epu for hcg bloods I had severe cramping and bleeding . I managed to get to the hospital later on once the pains had calmed but it was confirmed as a miscarriage.
