Hcg levels after loss

Hi all,

I recently had my second surgery on Saturday due to a second ectopic (very lucky)
This will be my second ectopic within 4 months. On Friday, my hcg levels were up at 9000.
Just wondering how long it takes to feel 'not pregnant' anymore.
Still suffering with intermittent nausea, especially in the evening, very very sore boobs and sensitivity to smells.

Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes to go away? I'm struggling more with the symptoms than actually recovering from the surgery

Thank you x

Hi I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a d&c procedure last Friday after my twins stopped growing at 10 weeks. I don't know what my HCG levels were but I still had morning sickness for about 3 days after the operation. All my pregnancy symptoms have gone now but I did a pregnancy test yesterday to see and I still got a very strong positive ☹️ I'm hoping it disappears soon as I want to start TTC again.

Thank you for your reply @Quail15 (I'm the original poster - I've just changed my username as I felt I was too recognisable)
Thank you for sharing your story - hopefully I start to feel 'normal' again and can start TTC soon.

So sorry for you. This will pass soon. I have miscarries but never had d and c. Took few weeks to feel ‘better’ 💐
