Hello lovelies

I was thinking of getting a book on the topic of MC and have seen some re-occurring titles pop up on other threads, so I thought i'd start this one here if it can help others, so please add your recommendation if yo have one

Hi, following with interest. I had a loss in September and again in November last year, we are trying again with no luck. I've been looking for a book recently to help with trying again after loss so if you have any recommendations please let me know! I had a little look online the other day but I found most of them are for if your MC had just happened..,

I did order and am currently reading 'on the brink of being' by Julia Bueno, so I'll let you know how I get on.

What sort of thing are you looking for? What's your situation if you don't mind me asking? I'm sorry you're having to look for these sort of books!

The Brink of Being is excellent.
Ask me his name.
The baby loss guide (and her other books).

Miscarriage- what every woman needs to know.

Thanks so much @Livingmagicallyagain - i was thinking this morning as i got some chilli out of the freezer, Ive heard some books recommend throwing away all plastic containers and something about parabins? (I don't even know if I'm saying that right)

I keep a lot of stuff in plastic containers so im almost scared to read about it but i'd rather learn then have MC #3

@GingerCalico that's in the second edition of It Starts with the Egg. Worth buying the second edition m her guidelines on plastics are clear and sensible.
