I am on my period, I thought, however it's about 2 weeks early (it's irregular sometimes so I didn't think too much of it) and I felt this giant clot come out. The pain was a lot more intense than my normal period. I do have paraguard IUD for 5 years now, and this has only happened 1 other time which I also thought might have been a miscarriage since my body can't sustain the pregnancy with it?
